They are normally Eastern European and Chinese sites because that's where they make these fake pills. The Viagra of course is not viagra but a cheap rip off, made in the factories within these countries.
They also supply body building steroids for the idiots who wish to take them.

Beware, the Viagra is probably a "knock off" if it even has any medicinal value at all. Geez. I even get the ads for the "enlarging cream" and I am definitely female.
