Saw this on CNN a while ago, decided to give it a try!http://GetFreeLaptop.info - That's where I got mine! It cost me 12 or 13 bucks. It could cost you 5-20$, depending which kind of offers you complete.

Look in your local newspaper also, some people are always upgrading and selling their used pcs. Do some comparing and get to know the value so you dont overpay.
