First, you need to be clear about the exact "age of consent" laws in your state. See the link below for ages around the world and scroll down for USA, for each state. It seems there's more 16 (and a few 17) states than 18's.

In some states, if the age difference is 4 years or less, there is no penalty or it is a minor offense.

Then there's the age of marriage laws. Presumably if you are "living together", it may be considered a common law marriage and that obviously implies sex is allowed.

it also depends who wants to get who in trouble with the law. Your parents, perhaps, may not be happy with your boyfriend. However, unless he's going to jail anyway, they should think twice about turning him in; after all, if you are expecting to get child support or a future marriage, they should think - How much child support can he pay if he's gone for 4 to 8 years and comes out as a registered sex offender?

It would depend really. Normally if you are not 18 and he would be 18 or older he could get into a lot of BS. If he would get you pregnant b4 you both were 18 I am not sure what would happen with that. A lot of it is on both sides of the family, like his and your parents.

I don't know where you live at, but in Pennsylvania if you had sex before he was 18 it wouldn't be illegal (unless you are under 13). After he is 18, if you are older than 14 it is legal.

If the BF is 18 and you aren't, it's called statutory rape and it's illegal.
If the BF is not 18 and you are not, and you have a baby by him, it's called stupidity, which is not illegal but should be.

Depending on what state you are in, if you got pregnant with his baby they would arrest him because you would be underage.
