Illinois state unversity or Northern Illinois ...medical/nursing program??

which one has a better medical/nursing program as well as a good campus life?

Neither of them have med programs. The public medical programs in IL are at UIC and SIUE. NIU and ISU have nursing, but the best program in Illinois is at UIC. NIU is more of a suitcase campus.
