Although this is a very silly question, I will don my dunce cap and answer.
Although it sometimes takes a while, good always prevails over evil.
New, fresh ideas always replace old, stagnant dogmas.
(That's the inherent nature of mankind.)
So:
Who will win in an all out civil war between Libs and Cons?
Who do you think will finally prevail?

We need more than two parties. To answer your question. The cons. I figure roughly a 42 to 1 ratio.

Liberals always win but mostly on the basis of progressive political policy and action. When conservatives were arguing to deny civil rights to minorities and coming up with reasons why women shouldn’t be allowed to vote, liberals were fighting them every step of the way and won.
When conservatives argued against child labor laws, argued against workplace safety regulations and said that it was fine that workers worked long hours without overtime pay, liberals fought them and won.
When conservatives defended slavery as a good thing, liberals fought them but that fight involved actual warfare. Liberals won anyhow.
