Hey my husband wane get divorce and go to a other country. What I can do I have a child in a age of 1 year and 1month.

Hey, I don't know exactly what is the main reason for divorce because you both knew about these cultural differences before the marriage also so I don't think that now he wants divorce on that ground. There maybe some other reason. First try to find out that and if possible clear all th misunderstandings among yourselves so that you may not need a divorce!!! But, if that doesn't work than consult a good lawyer and do what the lawyer suggests.

Go to India - file a 498a (dowery harassment case) and a domestic violence case - its the best weapon Indian Govt has given to Indian ladies to blackmail, extort and terrorise and the men will not be given even a chance to be heard off or to prove their innocence!! And you could force out of him as much money you want for the rest of your life and your kids life!!
Only thing is that deep inside you, you need to know such women who charge service charges for the use of their hole is a prostitute!!

first find out the exact reason for divorce,taking the matter to lawyer cud worsen the situation even if it was to be patched up. dont panic ask open question to him like how would u live and support your child without him , how does he intend to live in future. is he sure about his proceeding without you. if not then why not sit together and resolve the matter.
