Not for me
If I don't release my inner storms
they sort of leak out
until they're not storms anymore. Most of the time it's
like that for me. Then a bunch of storms
that have a little left, build, and then I have a good cry.
That usually does the trick, if not, look out
It's meltdown time!!!

I have a theory that these storms are best controlled.They die a natural death after some time and everybody is better off that way.If you give vent to your negative feelings you feel good,you get attention and you will be repeating the performance again and again.These negative feelings get strongly embedded in your memory.
