More than welcome to add in males or characters without glasses.

There are hundreds and hundreds of females (and males) out there with just brunette hair, so unless you just give more details on what you want, I'll just stick with brunette females with glasses. At the moment I can only think of 7 of them.:

I can't remember any five specfic women in one anime or manga, but I should know some as a multiple. First of all, Love Hina's Naru Narusegawa should be a brunette with glasses. Chisame from Negima wears glasses but I'm not sure if she is a brunette, though of course she's not in the original anime. That's all I would know. Of course, if I were to add characters that aren't wearing glasses and such, it would be so easy to say. I mean, seriously. Negima has 31 girls and more, Love Hina has at least 8. Heck, all those love comedies should have a bunch of women in it. :\
