Do you even know what genocide means? If not, look it up. If you do, then you're an idiot for asking this question. I know which one I'd bet on. And the answer is no. There's been no war crimes or genocide and any torture committed doesn't come close to what Saddam practiced for decades. Doesn't compare to cutting people's heads off either.
