Ah; changing of the clock is a formality at best. It fills in for busy time and should be taken with a grain of salt. The day is the day, and it’s still 24 hours no matter what. You just get up one hour earlier or later depending upon whether you spring ahead or fall back.
I say nay to changing the clock.
But if you do change the clock, change it just before you go to bed and don't stay up till 02:00 to do it. (That would be tomorrow morning) ARG.

Tommrrow at 2:00 A.M. Before you go to bed, turn your clock one hour backward. You get an extra hour of sleep if you need it.
