You do not need a license to vote. You do not need identification to vote. Someone attempting to register to vote with a "non-citizen" identification would not be allowed to register. While it is possible for a non-citizen to vote using someone else's name and address, it is unlikely that such a thing will happen in any large numbers. even in a large city with large voting districts, it would be chancy to just walk in and give a name and sign the voter list. The name given may be that of someone that has already voted and the signature would be difficult to duplicate without having seen it before. It is doubtful, though possible that there are groups of illegal aliens just watching houses for people that don't vote and practicing their signatures to get a vote in.

if you're not a citizen you shouldnt be allowed to vote anyway...that goes with any country....

I wouldnt go to france and vote for anything there....thats up to the natural citizens.....I can leave anytime and go back to my native home....that IS there native home...no one should vote in a country that they aren't citizens in.

They very well might be. conservatives have been raising a ruckus for some time now about minorities supposedly violating election laws and subverting elections, and all of their accusations are completely bogus and obviously racist.

I'm not really concerned about that. I wonder why we would extend privileges to people who have no respect for our laws........
