The name of the anime is actually Clannad, with an A instead of an E. If you search for that, you'd probably find better results. You can find it all streaming on crunchyroll if you have a free account (http://www.crunchyroll.com/showseries?id=6041 ), or you can just search on veoh like mentioned above, and you don't need to register at all.

Here you primarily find Bleach, but there are other multimedia downloads along the clickable link bar on the left side of the webpage. These are AVI downloads in a .zip file. Download times varry, so it could take over an hour to download.
You also have to register on the website to download content, but its a free registration.

You probably mean Clannad (watching right now). Go to crunchyroll.com, register (can't watch if you don't register), search Clannad, click it, enjoy! This is continuing now, yesterday episode 5 came out (which was awesome!).
