They have a tight end Andrew Quarless at #10 on offense and a defensive back Lydell Sargeant at #10 on offense. How is this possible?

They also have two number 7, 9, and 13's
but one plays on offense and one of defense,
maybe it doesn't matter. But i don't know as of right now.

i know that some teams allow the players to pick the same number as long as one is on offense one is on defense i dont really know why they do this but i also know that Texas does it
