Apparently I was wrong in my initial thoughts. I went on a link, www.drgreen.com. He said "Anemia is common among adolescents, regardless of their level of physical activity. Iron deficiency is the most common cause.. An inadequate diet is the chief reason for this problem. Junk foods can easily lead to iron deficiency. Teens on a weight-loss diet are especially at risk, as are girls with heavy periods...." Then it goes on to say about using iron supplements. Check out this site. You will find it very helpful
With low iron, you will be dizzy, feeling faint at times and very tired. That's classic symptoms. The best way to raise your iron levels is to eat liver, prunes, or plums, green veggies, I know you're probably thinking 'Oh yuck" but those things contain the highest levels of iron without taking a pill. I hope your doctor gave you some advice on supplements and diet.

They seem pretty messed up test results. Tired and dizzy could be due to the low iron in the blood pretty sure your already on supplements for it. Your Doc right now should be thinking on why you body is not using the iron properly.

Iron helps your body breath, it carries oxygen through your system,

the second link is better for answers. Good luck

Anemia is not a specific disease but a sign of underlying disorder. Your serum levels of Iron is really low. That's why your doctor is asking for more diagnostic tests. You feel dizzy and easy fatiguability because of your levels, and only few oxygen is delivered to your body. There are 3 major etiologies in anemia: 1) Loss of RBC - with bleeding from any major source, such as GI tract, uterus, nose or wound, 2) Decreased production of RBC - caused by deficiency in cofactors(folic acid, Vit B12, and Iron), RBC production is also reduced if bone marrow is suppressed(by tumor, meds, toxins) or lack of erythropoeitin(occurs in chronic renal disease), 3) Increased destruction of RBC-may occur because of overactive RES(including hypersplenism) or because bone marrow produces abnormal RBCs that are destroyed by RES(ex. sickle cell anemia). Let your doctor does further diagnostic exams on you, to really determine what causes your anemia, and what classification of anemia you have. I hope it did help you and hope for the best for you.

When you prefer a man name him all the time, day-to-day and be definite to inform him you're keen on him after a few weeks. Also be very jealous of each different females, even his sister and mother. Want a few extra??? Eat plenty of pizza and drink beer day-to-day. Call out to paintings and simply keep house ordering pizza and consuming beer, do it for months and months. Never go away your residence, simply order it in, the beer too. Buy a number of stuff on credit score. Everything that you've ever desired you will have to purchase, do not shop for it regardless that, simply placed it to your bank card that manner you do not need to wait. The quality piece of dangerous recommendation that I need to present includes swimming within the ocean. Always make certain to tie portions of lifeless bloody bird scraps round your ankles, particularly if you are browsing.

Have you tried eating more spinach and stuff like that?

My mother suffered from anemia for a long while, until a doctor suggested that she drink a shotglass of KOSHER blackberry wine a day. You're underage for that, but you should be able to eat blackberries if they're in a local store.

Good luck!
