To make this mich easier, I don't want to turn this into a debate. I would like you to put a YES or a NO next to each statement I will give. I have posted many other questions where you explain your reasons but I'm not interested in that over here:

1. I think that prostitution should be federally legal and they deserve the same rights and benefits as any employee. -

2. I think marijuana should only be accessible for medicinal reasons and prescribed by physicians. I do not support its recreational use. -

3. I think that marijuana should be federally legal; both for medicinal and recreational use. -

Thanks

this will cut down on crime and stds, as well as allow the country to make money on taxing both prostitution and setting guidelines as well taxing marijuana as cigarettes.

1. I think that prostitution should be federally legal and they deserve the same rights and benefits as any employee. -
It already is. Laws regulating prostitution are not federal laws, they are left to the states. Prostitution is legal in some counties in Nevada where the state left it to the counties.

2. I think marijuana should only be accessible for medicinal reasons and prescribed by physicians. I do not support its recreational use. - I disagree.

3. I think that marijuana should be federally legal; both for medicinal and recreational use. I agree.

Short version: 1. no 2. Yes!! 3. maybe/don't care for the term "recreational" (see below)

Long version:
1. No. IMO it's already legal if a person calls the act of prostitution or fornication: the escort or dating service, dating with sexual favors (dating with sex or sexual favors and promises of sex with the person just for their money, cars, etc--as in gold digging instead of trying for a committed love relationship,. or being paid by someone else to do these things in favors, gifts as in money or other, meals and coupons, and so on), phone sex (mental prostitution), porn, swinging, experimenting, a one night stand, or more importantly when a spouse or SO is cheating with someone because that person could be giving the faithful partner those gifts and attention instead of paying a homewrecker gifts and attention. People are already getting diseases (even smaller ailments like herpes) and/or spreading them and breaking the hearts of their families and spouses. I think a couple should try to stay true to themselves and their Spouses.
2. Yes. Definitely. Mental pills, birth control meds, and all sorts of other meds can hurt someone and cause higher chance of liver damage, higher blood sugar, heart failure, or some bone density loss. I thought it was already allowed in some places where it is otherwise restricted for surgery and cancer patients?
3. Don't care either way as long as it doesn't get people interested in the heavier manmade things and as long as it doesn't mess up someone's life or hurt someone but might help someone. Some people may use it like they use aspirin to help themselves like an OTC. It is an herb. And there are herbs and supplements people take that can hurt them or decrease the effectiveness of their lifesaving meds, so why not.

This is an interesting question. I would say yes to both because statistics in other places like Amsterdam show that
crime tends to be much lower and STDs are not as wide spread as it would be if prostitution were illegal. Anytime you make something illegal for them specific purpose of outlawing it criminals make more money that's a given. As for Marijuana the same. There is a legit use for marijuana in medicinal purposes. The sad thing is the US gov wont take the time to do a real unbiased study due to the fact they are fighting a so called drug war

1. NO! YES! Whether it's legal or not animals were born to breed. Why anyone would want to pay for it is beyond me.
2. NO! YES! It's a plant. It grows. Never understood why it became an issue of legal or not in the first place.

1) No.
2) POSSIBLY. (It would depend on whether it was done correctly or if there were a lot of doctors who gave fake scripts for fake illnesses just so people could get #3.
3) No.

edit: I love how people can put thumbs up or down just on yes/no questions or statements of opinion. LOL!
