There are several different forumlations of calcium, oyster shell, citrate, etc. Which is the best to take to help with potential osteoporosis? I think there is one that stays with you better than the others. Thanks

I've heard from others that the one with the citrate does a better job when it comes to absorption on the part of the body, especially when one gets the formulation with Vitamin D.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
