Hi.
I can log in to my msn messenger but I can't log in to my hotmail account.
From my msn,when i go to "open your email box" it comes this messege:
"ERROR
Due to an internal error your request cannot be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.
If you are attempting to reactivate your account, we're sorry but your request cannot be processed at this time."
And then comes this message:
"Login Error
Windows Live Hotmail was not able to sign in to your account at this time. Please try again later."
Im sure that the id and password are correct because i can login onto my msn but cannot go to hotmail email.
I run the antivirus and restarted the computer.
What else can i do?
Please help!!!!

Is a problem with Hotmail, not you!!!

Dump the messenger and get Pidgin [ http://pidgin.im/ ] which will work with MSN accounts, and get Google Mail by clicking the Sign Up link at http://mail.google.com .
