George H. W. Bush knew a thing or two about foreign policy. He'd been Ambassador to the UN, Ambassador to China and head of the CIA.

Oilman George W Bush didn't learn much about foreign policy other than how it affected his industry. All of his training has been on the job, and we're seeing the result in the middle east now.

His underlings Rumsfeld and Chaney have consistantly mislead our fearless and brainless leader with disasterous results. They were the ones making foreign and all other policy.
Some of these results are now being reversed with the resignation of "Rummy", but Chaney is still there to (pun intended) shoot off his big mouth. W is only just now realizing that the his true opponants are Moveon.org, Soros, and the radicals in Congress and the old media at PMSNBC and CNN.
you see, GW is a lib, and as such he was deluded into thinking that, as a lib, everyone would love him, but thats not the case.
The Demo libs hate traitors to their cause even more that the religious right, Rev Fawell, or Focus on the Familly. Bush was a traitor to "the Cause" and only good to hate!

Bush couldn't be an expert in gum chewing. I bet he couldn't rub his stomach and pat his head at the same time. He was probably using "English for dummies" books going through college as well as cold hard cash for the professors from the Bush's bank account.

He's about as good as he was in everything else in his life, which means a flop.

If his daddy wasn't president, GW Bush would be a supermarket manager.

Let me see - you used G. Bush and expert in the same sentence. I think there is something wrong with that statement.

The father wasn't that bad. The son is one of the worst in history (no one bests Harding, though).
