First of all let me get your spelling etc, correct.

"My math teacher told me if I get this RIGHT, then he'll give me extra points:
He said, if I can give him THE STEPS of drawing an inscribed circle in a SCALENE TRIANGLE, not ONLY to draw it, but also to explain how did YOU DRAW this figure, any help PLEASE!!!!!!

Get your English correct before you end up flipping burgers in Mcdonalds.

1. No side of a scalene triangle is the same length..
2. Draw a line from the point to the middle of the line opposite the angle.
3. Repeat 2, twice more.
4. Where the three lines intersect is the centre of your circle.
5. Find the shortest distance from the centre of your imaginary circle to the nearest edge of the triangle.
6. This will give you the radius of the circle.
7. Double it and that is the maximum diameter of circle, you can get in the triangle.

Having done it myself, I believe you have been set a task, where a circle within a scalene triangle, cannot touch every edge of the triangle, due to all the edges and angles being different.

Maybe some math guru can correct me if I am wrong?

The center of that circle must
have the same distances from
triangle's sides,so it is the
point that the three bisections of
the triangle's angles intercept.
First draw the two bisections of
the two triangle's angles which
intercept at O and draw the circle
with center O and radius the distance
from O to one of triangle's sides
(any one you like,it's the same)
and you have the circle you want.
The radius is the perpedicular
segment
from O to one side
