Science is a methodology for understanding reality, not the reality itself. So if you believe we evolved, it would be more accurate to say our 'creation' was the result of a natural process.
The irony here is that if our creation was orchestrated by a higher intelligence, the intelligence most likely would have gained the knowledge necessary to create us through science. So saying "We were created by science." is actually quite close to saying we were created by God. ;-)
Finally I encourage you to separate the God of Religion, which is largely a psychological construct to help humans deal with meaninglessness and mortality, from the notion that intelligence may have been involved in the creation of the Universe or the optimization of Earth.
The very people who find intelligent design absurd seem oblivious to the fact that humans have begun this very process. Genetic engineering is allowing us to direct evolution. Is it really that hard to imagine that our immortal descendents might one day optimize some world to see how life develops? Is it that hard to believe that someday we might organize our very own big bang?

We did not evolve from "Apes and monkeys". However we do share common ancestors with apes and monkeys.
Evolution does not address how life started. It is only concerned with how species have evolved from early life.
The theory that covers the origin of life is called abiogenisis.
The theory that covers the origin of the univers is popularly called "the big bang"
Science hasn't created anything. Science is a method, a way of explaining our surroundings and origins by experiment and logic. It is the best tool to our disposal of explaining our universe. Science is forever self correcting and self policing.
Thanks to science we have advanced our understanding of how things work and as a result we have advanced ourselves. Every good thing we have has come to us through science. Every bad thing we have can be corrected through science (even if, some of the bad things have come as unforseen side effects of that science)
Religion on the other hand has given us only dogma and lies, and resulted in hatred, misunderstanding, lies, bigotry and bloodshed.

God made us! Read in the Bible and it will say that. The Bible is the true way to live by. If you read and study it then you will see that the predictions it made are true. We weren't created from Apes because there are lots of gaps and doesn't explain a lot of questions. How do we get all these different languages, if Apes don't even have a language? The Bible tells us, the story of Babylon. Why do we have different feelings? How come we are so smart?

The so-called 'god-gene' has evolved in our species as a survival mechanism first appearing in our primitive barbarian ancestors around 60,000 years age. That was the date of the first evidence of ceremonial burials among homo sapiens.
Nowadays, nueroscientists have pin-pointed the location in our limbic system where the irrational belief systems reside. They can even artificially trigger a 'religious experience or presence" by probing that part of our brains.
Obsolete genes do not die overnight, consequently, we'll be seeing a distorted worldview among the earth's population for some time to come.
Atheists have found their reality in their cerebral cortex, the rational and thinking part of the brain.

Where was the real you before you were born? Humans cannot create consciousness. Only the cosmos (God) can support itself. Your question implies that God and science are mutually exclusive, the high sciences such as quantum physics and chaos theory are basically nothing more than theology. The oneness has no name and it appears as duality. That´s the thing that makes it most hard to see.

I don't know, nobody knows for sure but I think God created the world because who created the big bang or the massive ball of matter if science is right.

The characteristics are so clear? You speak for yourself mate...
There has only been evolution in the sense of species developing. There has not been any evolution in the sense of one species evolving into a completely different species, and not even any serious evidence to support it.

I personally believe in Evolution. That being said I have not heard a sound scientific argument regarding the creation of the alpha organism. The alpha organism being the first organism from which all other organism evolved.
Science is created by man, not vice versa.

Humans evolved over the years but it is still nice to think there is a god watching over us, whether you believe in god or not.
