I think that you should report the Landlord immediately.
The alternative of travelling to another pub, is again
against the governments policy of traffic reduction, as by frequenting another (less local) pub you may be forced to drive, and/or are more likely to be tempted to drink drive .
So therefore it is your local's duty to cater for all your alcoholic beverage needs in one convenient location.

Haha. I'm not sure you could take them to the court of human rights but you could certainly boycott the pub

No. They probably want you to drink some traditional English ales instead, and I don't blame them. Real ale is much better than that chemical Stella crap.
