Everyone has fear when asking their first girl out.
You'll get over it eventually, just think "What's the worst that could happen?"
She'll say no, so what?
You'll live, there are other girls in the world.
As for your parents. Show them you can be trustworthy. That's the only way.

There is nothing bad about getting a NO. That is one thing you must get over. I had a very hard time getting past that little bit but once I did, its no big deal to ask.

Being told NO is a daily part of adult life so the sooner you can get tot he point where NO is not a big deal, the better.

Don't always think negative always think positive.
Talk to your parents and tell them that you really like this girl and she makes you happy.
