On the formula you see that you have 2 atoms of carbon in1 molecule of C2H6SO. So in 4 moles C2H6SO you have 2*4=8 moles of carbon

4 moles of C2H6SOx 2 moles of Carbon atoms = 8 mol C
................................. . 1 mol of C2H6SO


So there are 4 moles of C2H6SO; so you will need to find a relationship of that so it 2 mol Carbon atoms is equal to 1 mole of C2H6SO...That equals to 8..
