Growing up, I always heard that disco is dead. How did they kill it? the reason i ask is im planning an assasination attempt on Hip Hop and R&B. when songs like "wipe me down" and "superman that hoe" get frequent radio play its time to put that puppy down. Im a 25 year old black male, and the music now is so awful and simple. When people drove by blasting that crap, it makes me sick to my stomach. people please join the drive to stop terrible music. songs have gotten so bad that they actually cause cancer now.

Disco isn't dead but dance evolution had taken place so i noticed. People probably got scared when news got around that DISCO means Dancing in Satan's Company.A few trend has taken it's place but definitely not disgusting music. If you have heard of the line/square dance, it's more of a group dance where participants are supposed to be enjoying the activity. And have you heard of dance sport? The music and the moves that go with it are upbeat yet 'healthy' depending on your music preference. The crap music we hear now will be there for a short time. The disco is never really gone.It just had a change of name and style.

I just don't listen to what I hate, and if a car comes by blasting the kind of music I hate, I make a mental coockoo sign, because the poor person is damaging their eardrums and because they have poor taste in music.
