The head is supposed to be placed low. Some babies are dropped and engaged in the pelvis at 7 months.

The back aches and pressure and pain in the vagina are normal. Its all part of any pregnancy. Its not a sign of anything at all- except late pregnancy.

You're fine.

You'll probably hate this answer but this is was my sister in law is having to do. Her son is four months old and has a misshapen head pretty much just like you were describing. The doctor is going to give them a helmet that the baby has to wear for a short time. It will shape the baby's head to a more rounded shape. I would have a hard time making my baby wear a helmet because "its not as cute", "people will stare","people will think somethings wrong with my baby", etc. but after its all over and the baby is grown they will be glad that you did that for them. Whats a few weeks or months in comparison to the rest of their lives, you know? Good luck! P.S. I, for sure, wouldn't prop her head up on anything. She could choke or suffocate.

some babies are low and some stay up high. the pain in the vagina feel like a sharp shooting pain? if that is it, i had that with two of mine due to them being low. baby is moving around and just hits you the right way that is one of the reasons you get pain down there. the other is your cervix might be changing. do you go see the doctors in the next week? if not call them
your back and muscles ache because you are pregnant. is it your lower back? that is from baby and your muscles in your tummy are pulling on the muscle in your lower back toward the front. i know it sounds weird but all the muscles are connected. try not to do vacuuming or any heavy lifting it will put more strain on your back.
congrats and good luck

first you consult the obstetrician to make urself clear.
what do u mean by fixed?
whether the head has come down or its not getting rotated inside the uterus so as to occupy its original position by which i mean is the head should be below and buttock should be above that is it should occupy the upper part of uterus and head should occupy the lower part.
get urself clear in this point.

if u r meaning that head has come down, then probably the mother may probably going to go in for preterm labor, that is normally child birth occurs at the end of full 9mths.
in preterm labor, it occurs any time b4 the normal one.

pain in the various regions is normal.
or may be due to relaxation of ur pelvic joints which normally occurs quite sometime b4 delivery.

so, do definitely get consulted by ur obstetrician
be happy and do tell us what baby have u given birth to after the delivery.
don't get frightened, everything is happening for some good thing.
have a smiling babyyyyyy......
