I'm pretty sure you can't mention a medical condition as a problem but I need to know for sure, can anyone help?

A lot would depend on the context of HOW the employer mentioned it.

Depending on the job they can if it inhibits your ablility to do your job but if it has nothing to do with the job they are not allowed by i believe its federal law that the can't mention on a review especially if it has to do with raises and promotions
