We have a king bed that is peaking or bowing in the middle. We both sleep on the edges so the middle is starting to peak up. It is a pillowtop so we can't flip the mattress over and it can be turned sideways because the mattress is not square. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Mattresses are, unfortunately, expendable. It is recommended to replace your mattress every 5-10 years. If if uncomfortable to sleep on, it is time for a new one.

Your back will thank you for it.

You might try getting a piece of very firm foam to put on your mattress. But since the mattress is starting to break down at the edges, you would do better to get a new one.
