There is no perfect body; you will cause yourself much mental anguish if you think there is and try to achieve it. Over the years the definition of female beauty has changed. Today's super models would have been considered ugly skinny beanpoles only a few decades ago.

Some cultures favour larger, big bottomed women. Others like short, flat breasted women. Renoir painted voluptuous women with rolls of belly fat and cellulite as seductive goddesses. Marilyn Monroe, Rita Hayworth, Jayne Russell who were the femmes fatale of the '40s and '50s would be plus size models today.

One body type I think is truly not beautiful is the surgically altered, rail thin, large breasted women so prevalent in American movies and TV. I think Canadian, British and European actresses are so much more real.

i don't know, i keep asking myself the same question, i get a lot of complements, but i still hate my body, i keep feeling that i'm fat, no matter what i do, although, i'm 112 lb, so can't help you i guess.
