i like to cook this one myself...
firstly heat oil in a wok or large pan, add, salt, pepper, garlic and basil plus chopped red or yellow pepper.
after a few minutes add a turkey breast...
when this is lightly cooked on all sides, add tin chopped tomatoes, more salt, pepper / basil to taste...
a small amount of tomato puree if required...
then let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the turkey is cooked all the way through.
put some fresh salad leaves on a plate with some potato wedges... then
cook some fresh taglietelle.. and when ready put this on the plate, the turkey breast on top & they spoon over the pasta sauce.
