Yes, it is very much possible that there is some one on this planet having same facial features even though apperantly not shring genes. We don't know how the genes play. To my knowledge there is no such study undertaken.

I once saw someone who could have been my identical twin while visiting Chicago, right down to the same nearsightedness that required thick glasses. My whole family was amazed.

I don't think it is impossible to have someone LOOK like you, since we have so many fashion, hair and style trends prevalent in society. But an exact DNA replica is probably impossible. To get another me, all you would need is a big boned, German/English ancestry 5 foot 8 woman with reddish brown hair and green eyes. Not too hard to get genetically, I don't imagine.

When I visited Sweden the first time, it was like seeing carbon copies of the same look, size, bone structure, hair and eye color, even style of dress. About 80% of the people at the airport were blond, fair skinned, blue eyes, thin, and average height. Most of them were wearing blue clothes. It would have been hard to find someone in that airport. I was considered "exotic" in the nightclub where I worked because I looked different. That was a switch! I have cousins who look like we could be twins because of such a strong resemblance in bone structure, eye and hair color, and build.

Yes, it is possible. I was told once there are only twelve basic facial-skeletal structures in the world. I trust this person's knowledge as he was a retired professor-emeritus of Anthropology.
