I don't know if she can use it, but the way I see it, if they don't live under the same roof, and have no intention of going back together, then I can't quite see why he wouldn't be allowed to date.
The problem is on your side though.
You have to be very careful when going out with someone who's just come from another relationship.
It may well work out fine, or they may just be on the rebound.
So, just be very careful.
What's more, you need to make sure you know what caused the separation and that the guy is not just being angry and using you to let steam of or get back at his wife; As in, he may still be in love with her.
You must really take it slowly, as you would with any other relationship, but doubly, when it's a fresh separation.
Good luck, everything is possible.xxx

If the separation is official then it is ok. His wife can only use this if they were 'officially' still married. In the eys of God this would be seen as adultery, but in these days it would be ok, Good luck

It's adultery, but I doubt that anyone is going to care about that.
They separated for reasons that existed before you came along.
Take yourself out of the equation for a moment. Do you think this couple's relationship is over? Did they separate to work on their problems, or did they separate because they can no longer be together? Do they intend to get back together, or were they just planning to be separated indefinitely?
You should know that the road of separation usually ends in divorce. Speaking of statistics --- you should also know that the odds are not in your favor when it comes to dating someone who is still in the middle of relationship issues.

Yes, it is adultery. He's not divorced, so it is technically cheating.
You too share in his sin of adultery. You are even more guilty because you knew beforehand that he is a married man. Shame on you!

YES IT IS ADULTERY. Have you ever heard the term rebound girl well your not even that. He has not resolved anything in his life he has only been separated for about a month and a half and do you really think that's dating material. Why would you put yourself in the middle of a huge marital mess cause that's what your doing. They may even decide to continue their marriage WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE YOU SCREWED AND DUMPED. Be smart leave him alone at least until his marriage situation is resolved one way or the other....

Adultery is a felony in some states so check what state you are in. Adultery is defined as a married person committing sexual acts with someone other than their spouse...and on your part its committing sexual acts with someone who is married. So yes, although he is separated, it is adultery and she can try to bring it up if she wants to.

Yes it is adultry as he is legally married to his wife seperated or not. Yes his wife could site you as the other woman and reason for their split. Ask yourself this, if he's only just split from his wife for 6 weeks (children or no children long or short marrige) why is he in such a rush to get it on with someone else? That would tell me he has no heart. I mean good or bad marrige either way thats early to be seeing someone else. It could be you he does the same to years down the line.......
