Well, this is really not enough details to answer your question. If a person chooses to, say, leave a place with someone he/she doesn't know, that is putting themselves in an unsafe situation. Or is a person chooses to go jogging/for a walk at night in a semi-secluded area, that is also asking for trouble. It is a shame the world is like this, but it is. As far as being raped, killed, assaulted, kidnapped, no, no-one CHOOSES for these things to happen, and most times it's no fault at all to the victim. But if said victim chooses to ignore common sense (scenarios above) then they have to expect something like that might happen.

It is never the "victims" choosing to have these atrocities happen to them and if the criminals were justly punished crime would drop* NO means NO everytime NO matter what*

1.I love your name
2. I agree that people are completely stupid for saying that its the victims fault. I mean does a little innocent kid decide to get beaten by his parents? I dont think so!

This sounds more like a commentary on the way a person is perceived by others no matter what the circumstance is. There is no answer to this when a choice has been already made... by you, by me, by others.

i totally get what your saying. victims get blamed for a lot of things. what people dont get is that you dont choose to be murderd or molested, or kidnapped.
