I believe it also. I agree with the one who answered first. Bush acts very much like his own little Demi God. I and others laugh when he is taped coming out of a church especially when he thinks he is the real god.
He doesn't even look good with his tin hat on and he sure doesn't know how to blow the whistle.

I think it would be unkind to give "some people" a tin hat and a whistle for the purpose of laughing at them to prove a point. And to look down on them because of it.
