because this guy says it isnt and he says that i have no emotions and then he called me boring and i think that is an emotion

Boring is NOT an emotion, it is a phenomenon, a situation... Bore, the rootword of boring, is a human SENSE. A sense of being not interest to certain a thing/person/scene, etc.
If a guy says that you are a boring person that doesn't mean that you have no emotions, perhaps what he percieves is that you are not interested of him. A person feels boredom to something when he/she has no interest of such thing. So to speak, you might seemed boring to him because you show no interest to him or perhaps he's not interested in you. Hmph...wish i could explain it deeper. hope you G me. :)

Being a boring person is not an emotion it's a personality. Maybe being bored and therefore being desperate for something to do is an emotion.

Boring is an adjective which is a describing word, you don't feel boring you feel BORED... you ARE BORING... makes more sense... so no it's not an emotion however if this guy finds you boring he must not be interesting enough to make you want to be interesting.

you can feel bored
but you can't feel boring
you have to be boring
therfore it is not an emotion

hahahahhahahahah lol "to be bored" is a state of emotion. "To be boring" is a characteristic. to say someone is boring though because they have no emotions means he is expecting to get a reaction out of you for whatever reason. i hate people like that. as if your a performing monkey or something. tell him you think your bored cos he is boring see how he likes that!!! seriously he sounds like a wombat face

Bored is a condition. To rectify it get a hobby or do something that interests you.
Boring is how others perceive you when you are self-centered or bang on about the same thing all the time or when you don't listen to them.

Maybe you were just bored when you talked to him. If you always act boring, I would recommend smiling or something. I have a friend that is always slouched over and never smiles. It gets annoying!
