"If one is not the lead dog then the view is always the same".

Literally this means that except the lead dog every dog will see only the dog ahead of him while the lead dog being leading cant see any dog in front of him. So for all the dogs except the leader the view is same.

But there is more to this statement than what had been said earlier. It means that the leader has to take decisions solely. No body is their to guide him. All the options and alternative of the world arre open rto him and he has to select the best one, so that the others who are following him and who doesn't have the ability to lead or take decisions and who make their only decisons imitating the one they can see(like the dogs that are not leading) reach their destination safely. If a man has to take decisons on his own he is like the lead dog and then he can see and explore many alternatives, but the others will have to follow what he is doing and will see only the alternative he(their leader) has chosen for them.

I Know What the Statement is Saying, But I Don't Necassarily Agree With it. If Someone is Not Always Right Behind the Dog Following Every Step, the Person Leading the Dog Will Not See the Same as The Dog is Seeing. Also, People Tend, When Walking a Dog, To Let the Dog Lead, Not the Other Way Around. If the Dog is Behind and Only Viewing the Leader, Than He Can't Look Past that, And The Leader Won't See the Dog.

Yes, no body said the lead dog was a "leader". And no one accounted for the dogs who like to stay on the edge, to check out the sideways scenery, or the kind of dogs who'd let the other dog go first to use them as guinea pigs to "test the waters". There are so many hidden possibilities in your provided quote that any "truism" can't qualify as truth.

It's basically saying that if you're not the leader or never take initiative for change, then you're by default a follower. Followers don't really have anything exciting or see anything change, they're always just doing what the one in front said to do. Their view is always the same because they're always looking at the other's a$$, so to speak.

I disagree completely. Theoretically, as any physical object, including a lead dog, is constantly in motion, the view of said lead dog's rear is also constantly changing as one moves through space time.

a lengthy time in the previous I temporarily did some paintings on "reality tables".* It does seem such as you have a simplified 3-point style of style. after all, i've got faith that ur end is merely too rationally..physically powerful. something like , " as a result, God exists in multiplicity, sts; God exists in lots of minds (and not in merely the only recommendations)."

Well no one really leads alone. There is always council and soetimes they are bigger than the lead. The lead just doesn't know it.

It is an immutable constant in 'Dogworld'. A call for all to become leaders, otherwise, you'll be staring at the butt in front of you the whole trip.
