my sister's hubby of many many years left her for another woman a couple yrs ago. i saw them together last night & his new wife has gotten fat. i had a naughty thought for a sec & maybe a lil smile..then felt guilty. i know it 's wrong but my sister loves him so much & she's always home alone.

oh i forgot to mention, my sis thought she was her friend but i don't really hate on either one.(just for a sec i had that evil thought cuz he left my sis for a much younger woman. now the older she gets, the more overweight) anyway i didn't see any smiles & they looked kinda miserable. my sister moved on as much as she can. divorce is like a death in a way, u deal w/ it & go on but you're be forever changed.

It's natural to think like that ~dance~
She's your sister & he rejected your sister who you care about

Of course, looks are not the main thing

If your sister looks after herself & mixes with people, it wont be too long before she finds someone who deserves her love

Every marriage broke has his own reason. Someone said, it is wrong to have an affair, but they find the right woman in their life. This woman did not make commitment with your sister. Your ex brother-in-law did. You should blame on him, not her. Do not be so selfish just because your sister loves him and stay home alone. That's your sister's choice not to move on and that is her problem. This woman has nothing to do with your sister's problems. I would prefer you said that your sister's hubby is getting old, fat, ugly, loose all the hair... etc. It will make more sense for me.....

I see no problem with you getting a little "satisfaction" from seeing that the cheater's new wife is fat.

Hopefully, your sister still looks better than her - that's total payback.

He's the terrible person, for leaving his spouse for someone else. Go spend time with your sister, and if you think she's comfortable talking about it, rip on her ex's new fat wife.

Hey I would be laughing too, the s.o.b. they always leave the good for the bad, hey maybe you should let your sister know she may just enjoyed it a little....:), I know I would. You should try to get your sister out and introduce her to new people or just do something she really enjoys.

No. You were not terrible. For the love of your sister, you might have turned real abusive, which you did not.You controlled yourself which is fine. Since your sister still loves him,you may think of initiating action for their reconciliation.

That's not a bad thought - that's normal. You need to do more to help your sis, it's been 2 years and she's still pining for him? That's not good. Get her into therapy.

Your normal and human, and your just like any other woman, we like to see our ex with ugly, fatter woman then we are and now that he got what he deserved. It is human nature and your a terrible person for thinking them just human.
