It is a power plant that produces energy from either nuclear fission or nuclear fusion.
For instance, if uranium is used as a source, by nuclear fission the uranium atom is broken down into two constituent atoms. Each of those atoms individually don't have as much energy in them as the original uranium atom. Therefore that energy is released and can be "harvested" into useful energy.

I believe that I nuclear power plant is a plant wear nuclear warheads are manufactured or where the plant( factory) has to run on some type of necleur energy. Hope you find this helpful.
