I want to get out of my apartment with my family, but I'm not sure where to go. My son is a week shy of 1 year old, and I'm falling short of suggestions for a cold weather destination. Any suggestions? P.S. We live in the Hampton Roads area of VA.

Well, my niece is just shy of 1 year old as well, and technically it will be hard to do outside adventures, because you dont want them to be in the cold for a real long time. If you want it to be a short term thing, then i would simply go out to a nice resturant. However, if you want to get away, simply go to a resort. You should try the Wintergreen Resort.
