I'd definitely like a bigger house because I have too much stuff and I need more closets and cupboards to put it all in.
The housework for a bigger house can be good exercise anyway. I wouldn't get a house so big that I'd have to hire someone to come in and clean it.

No, just a modestly sized house. The bigger the house, the bigger the utility bills, especially in the north.
