Eat Your Words
Word salad. Alphabet soup. Cheeses on toast.
Sour moods, soggy noodle, no quoth.
At the moment, I am full, too many feelings,
Swirl, fold-in, stir, stirring, stomach gurgling,
Urges curling, fingers squeezing words,
Tightening the hurt, slam them down,
Increasing heat, too much air, bursting bubbles,
Forgetting to care, forgetting forgetting,
No sorry's, it's too late, no one knows me, they think I hate
I am wrong, they are wrong, don't stick around to learn that My past made me strong
I hide without shame.
