Perception is what one belief or understand it to be.

What-ever one perceives or understands it to be of another or another statements or doings

What-ever one perceives or understands of all that surrounds one

That’s perception.

It may be the truth

Or

It may be right the opposite to the truth.

But it still does not change the fact that it is the one perception or understanding it to be regardless or what otherwise it may or may not be.

That’s perception at it’s high.
