I say burn that whole Global Village down. The UN charter is not worth the paper it is written on...just like their uneforceable UN resolutions.

The point is moot. The United States, as a nation dedicated to unrestrained free market capitalism and therefore, unrestrained exploitation of workers around the world, cannot be trusted to keep any agreements it makes. One need only ask a single member of each and every First Nations tribe in the U.S. to realize that the United States has never made a treaty that it didn't intend on breaking from the outset.

George Bush turned his back not only on the UN Charter but on the Constitution when he started his so called war on terror. In reality, he declared war on the American people as well in his neverending quest for power. He has given all Americans a bad name and we have alot of rebuilding and healing to do after 2008. If we choose another Republican president, this country could be digging itself a hole it can never climb out from.
