I guess it really depends on your schedule. Personally, if I could work the 4 days a week for 1 week class into my schedule, that's the one I would go for. Just to get it done with!

One day a week for four weeks to avoid brain overload.
Then I would have plenty of time to practise or revise
what I had learnt ready for the next class.

If it were me...and I had the time for it, I would choose the second one...4 days a week for one week! Then it would be done and over with and I could quickly move on to something else!!! =D

4 days for one week if its an easy class and I know I will beable to retain all that information and keep up. if its difficult I'll go with four weeks.
