My little one normally wakes me ~once/night in order to nurse. Occasionally, as of late, she has lasted the whole night (~7pm-6/6:30pm) without her waking me up (via the monitor). It started happening when she got really good at finding her thumb. Anyway, it seems an awfully long time to go without feeding. Should I set my alarm and wake her if she doesn't wake me, or is it ok to just wait until she wakes me? By the way, she's a healthy 14-15 pound gal.

No, don't wake her up. Consider yourself LUCKY!!!:) My son is over 5 months and still not sleeping through the night. Last night I was up at 11 and 4:30! (He is teething though, but he has only slept through the night like 5x!) She is just comforting herself with her thumb and that works! If you start feeding her at night, she won't go back to sleep without it. That is my son's problem. So congrats on your sleeper! Lucky you!

no. My daughter slept 8 hours by 3 months and 10 hours by 5 months. I was happy!! my son is 13 weeks old and wakes up at LEAST 5 times a night still. They will not sleep until suddenly they are starved and too weak to eat. They will eat when the need too. babies have good instincts

Why are you questioning this? She's getting used to sleeping through the night. If you really want to feed her, you could always wake her....

do not wake her!! if she is sleeping let her sleep.
this is parenting 101!! never wake a sleeping baby, lol!! Babies will never let themselves starve, they simply don't have the capacity to do it. Therefore if she is sleeping, let her sleep cos she will let you know when she is ready for the next feed.
Many mothers are envious of you right now!
Best of luck and congrats on the lil gal!

If she is happy and gaining weight well, there is no need to wake her. If you have concerns, discuss with your pediatrician, but I am confident that he or she will advise the same.
Don't worry. You are blessed and she is just fine - she is just at the point where sleep is more important than food.

babys usually sleep throught the night at about 12 weeks! its perfectly fine for her to go this amount of time before her feed! if she is hungry she'll wake! babys at this age learn to store the milk they receive and not use it so quickly thatthey are able to sleep through the night until breakfast!
dont wake her she'll ben fine!

If she's is happy and healthy then just thank your lucky stars!! My son did this from 9 weeks of his own accord - we expected him to wake up and he just didnt bless him. He's started to again recently, but that's teething and the clingy phase for you! Don't panic - if she needed it, she'd let you know believe me!!

She is satisfied. They cry because they are hungry. Just let her be, as long as she is ok when awake. Being too sleepy during the day too could mean she is not ok.
Just check the time she spends sleeping during the day.
