I hope my question is correctly phrased as I am not a wizard in computer jargon. Thank you.

If you use Internet Explorer to browse the internet, do this:

Start Internet Explorer click Tools in the main toolbar, then select Internet Options and check the General tab. You'll see where you can control your home page, temporary Internet files, and history. Now go to the History area and click the (2) Clear History button. If you do a lot of surfing, you can reduce the "Days to keep pages in history" entry. Click Apply, then click OK to save your changes.

If you use the Firefox browser:

Click Tools and select Options, and select the "Privacy" tab, at the bottom there is a Private Data area, where there is a "Clear Now..." button.

Good luck!
