as far as i am concern its D-15 but if it is C-15 then let it be C-15 but I don't know how can I make a formula

My professor gives the following given above w/o telling any instructions to me what to do. I don't have any even a single sample

1) Pt-175 decays by alpha emission to become Os-171
2) Al-28 decays by beta emission to become Si-28
3) Co-55 decays by positron emission to become Fe-55
4) W-160 decays by alpha emission to become Hf-156

5) What in the heck is "D-15"? Did you perhaps mistype, and mean C-15? If so, then:
C-15 decays by positron emission to become B-15
