Time changes every nite but as for seasonal time change that is tonight at 2 am you will set your clock back to 1 am so when you go to bed tonight go ahead and set your clock back 1 hour and you will be good for work
In spring it is spring forward ahead 1 hour and In fall It is fall back 1 hour hope this helps

Technically, daylight savings time changes tonight at 2:00am-ish(?). But people usually turn their clocks back before going to sleep. It's currently 9:15am in DC.

Change your clocks tonight before you go to bed and when you wake Sunday morning you will be well rested because you have had an extra hour of sleep.

Don't forget it's Spring forward ........and Fall back.

Nope. Change your clocks back tonight (although the time will still be the same), and when you wake up in the morning, the time will change. Hope it makes sense. I thought it was last weekend, I even changed my clocks....then found out it was for Canada....Lol!!
