I had a miscarriage back in July 1st. Since then we have been wanting to get pregnant.
Yesterday at 9po I tested late an night and got on the clearblue digital test a "Not Pregnant" result. Thought of having it again and today morning I tested with first morning urine, and got a "Pregnant" result. I still cannot believe that my baby is back again and I just cannot stop crying from happines.
I have been having since 3po sharp pain. Its like a twinges and pulling-poking kind of pain, like AF is about to come. For the past couple of days I have been having left side pain in my uterus side, Is this normal?? Pllease someone help me bec I am so affraid I dont wana have another miscarriage. The pain is not strong, and I get it like every period of time. Would this be the whole process of implantation? Please?

Congratulations! Im so pleased for you as I know how much you have wanted this baby!
When I was at your stage I felf just like my period was gonna come and almost couldnt let myself accept I was to be a mumm cos something was bound to go wrong! But here I am with a beautiful 4 month old baby girl!
I say you are good to be aware of your body and anything that is unusual and definatley go see your doctor if you need a second opinion!!
All, hopefully sounds normal to me. I think if you have vey strong pain and any bleeding it is more of a concern but even then it doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Try and relax, see how the weekend goes and if your still worried book to see the doc on Monday to put your mind at rest.
I do know that when I read up about these pains when I was pregnant I found out that when the egg implants it needs to borrow quite deep into the lining of your womb and it sounds like this could be what you are now feeling, mine went on till about 8 weeks.
I wish you lots of luck and congratulations and please contact me if you have any concerns no matter how small (I know what a worrying time pregnancy can be)..
Take care :-)

This pain is usually normal and does feel like cramps althought the period never comes. I am only 4wks 2 days preg (which would be about 16dpo) and I have been having it since a week ago and thought it was my period but no period has come and although I haven't taken a test yet I know i'm preggers because its my third (been there before!) and I have all the usual symptoms like breast tenderness, morning nausea, tiredness and this weird tummy sensation like you described.
I would book in with the doc straight away so you can have peace of mind (I'm waiting 2 wks to see mine, but hey, its my third and I'm lazy now!!) and that they can keep a close eye on you for now. I would suggest refraining from sex until you see the doc just to be on the safe side since you have had a previous miscarriage.
Best of luck and sticky vibes to you!!
Oh and Congratulations!!!

At 3dpo you should not have pain. Implantation can sometimes be uncomfortable, but I would not say painful. Usually the pain you would feel in your uterus would be due to growing, not necessarily implantation though. Because you recently had a miscarriage you would probably be considered a high risk pregnancy. Even if not check with your doctor to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
Hopefully everything works out for you, good luck.

from about a week before I even missed my period, I started having sharp pains in my sides and around my left ovaries, tenderness in my lower abdomen, and just general discomfort in my stomach...which was my clue that I was pregnant....I had the same thing with my other 3 kids also....The discomfort is pretty normal, and often the cramping sensation can feel so strong it feels like your about to get your period any second......as for having a miscarriage, this early there would probably be little to no pain associated with it...what you are probably feeling is your body getting ready to carry that baby around for the next 9 months and the implantation....if anything gets worrying or troublesome, don't hesitate to call a doctor and ask questions....but stay calm, and stay strong otherwise

I know when I was pregnant after a miscarriage, I had a lot of "period" like cramps, none too heavy and not sharp. I also had a cyst on my ovary that is normal during pregnancy.
Sounds like you are in the earliest part of pergnancy and your body is adjusting to the new hormones. Call your OB or Midwife and see if they will get you in...most want to see you around 8 weeks pregnant.
Tell them you are concerned about the pain...I think they will get you in to see them.
Congrats and I hope all goes well.

Call you doctor tell him that you got a postive pregnancy test and that you had a miscarriage a few months back and you need to see him.
If he is worth anything he will see you if not look for another doctor.
Cramping is normal though. I cramped the whole first trimester adn felt like my period was going to start anyday.
If you are worried though it is always best to see the doctor.

First of all, congratulations!
The pain/twinge you are experiencing could be from a cyst in your ovary, not in your uterus. Some women have cysts during pregnancy.

Or, it could just be the changes occuring in your uterus. If the pain is intense, you need to call your doctor.
