2nite... if ur in Canada or the US. Basically, @ 2am on Sunday morning the clocks get turned back. Hopefully this helps. Turn the clocks back 2nite before U go 2 sleep & when U wake up, the time WILL B correct :)

At exactly 2 AM Sunday morning, you have to get up out of that warm bed and turn it back one hour. That is the official way to do it. LOL

(In the US) Set your clocks back one hour tonight (Saturday) before you go to bed.

if you are in the USA they go back sunday morning at 2 am but most people turn them back before they go to bed saturday night
