Mass is the amount of matter in an object.
Weight is the effect of gravity on a given mass.

Hence,
Weight =Mass x Acceleration due to Gravity

A mass is matter which is an entity having a Structure and volume. When Gravity is pushing a mass against another mass together a force is borne between them. Each mass experiences a force which is equal in magnetude but opposite in direction. The force is called ''weight''

When we weight an object on a scale we are really measuring the quantity of mass and not the weight; The quantity of mass is measured Units of kilograms. Weight is measured in Units of force which is in Newtons.

When we measure atmospheric pressure at sea level we are really measuring mass per unit area=14.7 pounds per square inch.

Weight of an object in Physics is how heavy an object is in a particular gravitation experience.

For example on Earth 1kg of mass object is considered to be 1kg of weight
However on the moon where gravity is 1/6 of Earth's the mass of the 1kg Object is the same but it's weight is 1/6 kg

Pain is a physical feeling, like when you break a bone, or get a toothache, or when you go into labor to have a child, even your stomach, when you get hunger pains. This is all connected to your nerves, which act as sensors and send messages to your brain, and you have the physical reaction. Suffering is similar, but not the same thing. Say you have a toothache, that's the pain part of it, but the suffering would come when you can't go to the dentist to have it fixed, and you have to suffer with the pain, and possibly the infection. There are other levels of suffering as well, like when you lose someone you loved very much, the pain of that loss causes your heart to endure this, and it can take a long time to heal, or never heal at all. Suffering happens over a long period of time, or what can seem to be an eternity. Hope this helps, good luck.

Mass:- is the quantity of the substance/matter contained in the body.. Its unit is Kg. It will be constant where ever it is taken. It is a scalar quantity.
Weight:- is the force with which the body is attracted to the centre of the earth. It is the product of the mass and acceleration due to gravity. It is a vector quantity and varies from place to place. eg. maximum in the polar region , little less in the equatorial region, decreases while going up. , zero in space, only one sixth (of the weight in earth) in moon. Its unit is Newton/Kilogramweight.

Mass is a fundamental concept in physics, roughly corresponding to the intuitive idea of "how much matter there is in an object".
Weight is a measurement of the gravitational force acting on an object

Every object is pulled toward the center of earth by the action of gravity.
Pull in Physics is called force.
The pull or force exerted by gravity on any object is called weight.
Hence every object is subjected to gravitational force or has weight.
Force is different for different bodies.
But the acceleration due to gravity, [the rate of change of speed of falling objects is the same] for all bodies.
The force divided by the acceleration due to gravity is called mass of the body.

Weight is a function of mass and gravity. Weight is a force with direction while mass is a value.

1 kg of mass is always 1 kg. On the surface of earth, earths gracity excerts a force of 9.8 newtons/kg of mass. That force is directed towards earths center.

mass is the quantity that relates force applied on a body to the acceleration produced in it, whereas weight is the product of mass and the gravity at that point where the body is present.

w = mg , weight is mass multiplied by the gravity acting on the mass.Mass of an object will not change from place from place in the earth surface whereas weight will change depending on the magnitute of the gravity acting on the mass in the particular place.
